International students should apply for a Student Visa with the Ministry of Immigration & Emigration immediately after admission.
Get police clearance (certificate of good conduct or its equivalent) from your country of origin before you travel here.
For students with foreign transcripts, you are required to possess an equivalence from Rwanda Higher Education Council and ensure you submit it to the registrar’s office. for more details on how you can get your equivalence Click Here
